Withdraw Forms

What it does

Design the form players fill in to request a withdrawal — which fields they must complete (such as bank, account number, and amount) for each withdrawal channel.

Transaction → Payment Setup → Withdraw Forms

Common tasks

1. Pick the withdrawal channel you want to configure.
2. Set which fields the player must fill in and any limits.
3. Save — the form updates on the player site immediately.
