Payment Accounts

Payment Accounts are the destinations players send money to when they make a manual deposit — your brand’s bank accounts and e-wallet numbers. Each account you add here becomes a choice on the player’s deposit screen, showing the bank, the account name, and the number to transfer to.

Transaction → Payment Setup → Payment Accounts

The list of banks and e-wallets you can pick from is set up for your country automatically — you don’t create banks here, you create accounts at those banks. If a bank you use is missing from the dropdown, contact platform support to have it added.

  1. Click Add (or New Account).
  2. Pick the bank or e-wallet from the dropdown.
  3. Enter the account name exactly as it appears at the bank — players use this to confirm they’re paying the right place.
  4. Enter the account number.
  5. Set the account active so it shows to players, then Save.

Toggle an account inactive to stop offering it to players without losing its details — useful when a bank account is temporarily over its limit or under review. Toggle it back on when it’s ready again.

Where the panel lets you set a sequence/priority, the order controls how the accounts are presented to players. Put your preferred or highest-limit account first. Each position is used once — two accounts can’t share the same place in the order.

  • Keep names accurate. A mismatch between the name here and the real bank account is the most common cause of stuck deposits.
  • Review regularly. Deactivate accounts you’ve stopped using so players never transfer to a dead account.
  • Deposits made to these accounts are confirmed in Approvals; the gateways for automated deposits live in Payment Gateway.
