Approvals
What it does
Section titled “What it does”The queue where deposits and withdrawals wait for a staff decision. Confirming a genuine deposit credits the player’s wallet; approving a withdrawal releases their money.

Common tasks
Section titled “Common tasks”- Open the queue and review each pending item.
- For a deposit, check the player’s proof of payment against your receiving account before approving.
- Approve to credit the wallet, or reject and choose a reason — the player is notified either way.
- For a withdrawal, confirm the request is valid, then approve to pay out or reject with a reason.
