Your first week

If you’re setting up a brand from scratch, work through these in order. Each step links to its full guide. You don’t have to finish everything before going live, but the payment steps are required before players can deposit.

Day 1 — Access and people

  1. Sign in and set your password, then enrol two-factor authentication. → Signing in & security
  2. Create the roles your team needs, then add your staff and assign roles. → Roles · Staff List
  3. Lock the panel to your office locations if required. → Whitelist IP

Day 2 — Money in and out

  1. Add the bank accounts and e-wallets players deposit into. → Payment Accounts
  2. Connect any payment gateways you use for automated deposits. → Payment Gateway
  3. Build the withdraw form players fill in to cash out. → Withdraw Forms
  4. Check the Approvals queue so you know where deposits and withdrawals land. → Approvals

Day 3 — Your website

  1. Set your theme colours, logo, and brand name. → Web Personalize
  2. Add your contact channels (live chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, and so on). → Contact Display
  3. Upload carousel banners for the home page. → Carousel Banner
  4. Choose which game studios and games appear in the lobby. → Studio Settings · Game Status

Day 4 — Rewards

  1. Configure your loyalty (EXP) earn and redeem rules. → Earn EXP Setting · Redeem EXP Config
  2. Set up your first promotion and any bonus codes. → Promotion Settings · Bonus Settings
  3. Decide on cashback, rebate, and referral programmes. → Cashback Settings · Referral Settings

Day 5 — Watch the numbers

  1. Open the Dashboard each morning. → Dashboard Daily
  2. Learn the reports you’ll live in: player, transaction, and win-lose. → Reports
