Redeem EXP Approval

What it does

The queue of player EXP-redemption requests waiting for staff approval before the reward is granted.

Where to find it

Player → Loyalty (EXP) → Redeem EXP Approval

Common tasks

1. Review each pending redemption.
2. Approve to grant the reward and deduct the EXP, or reject with a reason.
